The Horse Lamp from Moooi is huge and a bit wierd. Love it or hate it. The design is from Front and this monstrous lamp needs a lot of space to have an effect. The horse made of polyester is 2,10 meters high and 2,3 meters long. Added to this is the size of the lampshade and you have proud 2,65 meters height. This lamp is just made for the inside. And this lamp is heavy with its 65kg weight. But it is something special no question.
Again there are news from Stella Polaris. Volume 2 of the Small Secrets Series gets released on 24th of October on Beatport. This time with Mikkel Metal and August. Mikkel Metal is one of the keyfigures of the developement of the sound from Echocord. Minimal, dubby and very european. I´ve heard that Mikkel is quite popular in Berlin. August is a young producer from the north of Sealand in Denmark. Very beautiful place by the way. He already has made some tracks for Stella Polaris and also worked for Global Underground and Kissmet for example. At the moment he works on his next album called „New Frames“. Now some music and a video for you.

Since years i follow the blog of ASU. Her blog is as colourful as she is and it is fun to read. And she is a genious Illustrator. She started her latest project PahuPahu together with her boyfriend. Together they work on game concept, designs and they programm their little, crazy flash games. This week they released their first games. Bazonga Quake is a real scream. PahuPahu writes on their website “Help a big chested girl escape from earthquakes and furious enemies!”. Before it came out officially there were name changes and a change if enemies because some of them were too provocative as some people thought. I started to play it several times yet but my reactions are to slow very often. I totally forgot how much fun it is to play games. And Bazonga Quake is addictive. Visit the blog of PahuPahu for more information about the two and also don´t forget to visit ASU´s blog. It´s worth it. The game you can play here by the way. The preview of the second game is also promising fun. It´s really nice to see creatives again who love what they do and who invest a lot of heart to it. I´m looking forward to new games. But for now i practice playing Bazonga Quake. Have. To. Make. It. To. The. Next. Leveeeel. :-)
