Yesterday evening i went through my music file again and digged out Incubus again. Anna Molly is still one of my favourite songs. Do you have a favourite Incubus song?
Today Milan Fashionweek comes to an end and there were lots of beautiful things to see. But the most interesting news i guess was that Jil Sander returns. I like. Raf Simons showed that´s why his last collection for Jil Sander during this Fashionweek. A what i think well designed collection but see for yourself and watch the show.
I have a lot to do in my office at the moment and totally forgot to blog. I work on it. Meanwhile a little track from Portishead which i stumbled over at youtube again. I like the rhythm.
Foscarini has a new lamp in its collection. Solar is a simple but effectful design by Jean Marie Massau. The lamp is available for in- and outdoors. If i would have a big roof terrace or a garden i would place some of these lamps. Not many otherwise the effect of the soft light would be disappear and the atmosphere would be boring again. It is practicle that you can place stuff on top of the lamp. For indoors you get the profile in white or dark wood with a raised edge and for outdoors it is made out of steel without a raised edge so the rain can flow away. You can also change the position of the lamp by tilting it a bit. If you decorate more lamps on a large area it looks even more interesting then. Solar also works as a single piece or a light guide for a way. The designer was inspired by the vault of heaven and if you look on top of the lamp it almost looks like a solar eclipse. Slowly i start to become a Foscarini fangirl. The lamp Colibri i already liked. Mayber one day i have a big house where i can collect all my favourite designer respectivly their designs. You are allowed to dream don´t you think so…
